PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerating method of a coating material-containing thinner, which is achieved by improving the defects of the conventional technique and is almost free from the load to the environment and capable of effectively removing solid components and color components originating from a coating material. SOLUTION: In the regenerating method of the coating material-containing thinner, the following processes are successively performed. (1) An adding and stirring process of a resin decomposing agent. (2) An adding and stirring process of a high molecular flocculant. (3) A solid/liquid separation process of deposited materials.
