PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planted tree-protecting cover good in strength durability, self standing properties, shape retainability, excellent in insect damage-preventing effect, good in air permeability and light transmission and suitable for growing planted trees. SOLUTION: This planted tree-protecting cover 1 is constituted of a composite sheet material 10 obtained by combining a thin nonwoven sheet 11 to integrate with a net-like reinforcing material 12 having a high numerical aperture.
