PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-forming device, capable of effectively preventing toners from sticking on a section which comes contact with an overlapped quantity restraining member of a photoreceptor. SOLUTION: This image-forming device is provided with a photoreceptor drum 1, an electrostatically charged brush 2, and the overlap quantity regulating member 3 for adjusting the overlap quantity with regard to the photoreceptor drum 1 of the electrostatic charging brush 2. The overlap quantity regulation member 3 is provided with conductivity.
