PURPOSE: A high power dual voltage controlled oscillator is provided, which is appropriate to enable a stable high power voltage controlled oscillation output by two buffer parts to obtain a sufficient high power output level. CONSTITUTION: The high power dual voltage controlled oscillator comprises the first frequency oscillation part(11) generating the first band frequency according to a random input signal, and the second frequency oscillation part(12) generating the second band frequency according to the random input signal. The first buffer(13) amplifies the frequency being output from the first or the second frequency oscillation part, and the second buffer(14) amplifies an output of the first buffer to a fixed level. Thus, by constituting two buffers between the first and the second oscillation part and an output port(OUT), a stable output of the voltage controlled oscillator can be obtained.
