PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly suppress delamination, cracks and warps of a piezoelectric transformer during baking. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric transformer comprises input regions 1A composed of a plurality of laminated piezoelectric ceramic elements having inner electrodes 11a, 12a, output regions 1B composed of a plurality of laminated piezoelectric ceramic elements having inner electrodes 11b, 12b, insulation regions 1C formed between the input regions and output regions, and outer electrodes 11A, 12A, 11B, 12B connected in parallel to the inner electrodes of the input regions and the output regions, respectively. The insulation regions comprise a plurality of laminated piezoelectric ceramic elements having dummy electrodes 11c made of the same material as the inner electrodes. The dummy electrodes are not connected to the outer electrodes.
