PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic EL display device and its manufacturing device in which a peel-off of an organic EL material can be prevented, and coating control of the organic EL material can be simplified. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the organic EL display device wherein the organic EL display device is manufactured by coating the organic EL material on a glass substrate S in a prescribed pattern shape, after a groove 11 which is met with the prescribed pattern shape on which the organic EL material must be coated has been formed on the glass substrate S, the glass substrate S and nozzles 4a to 4c are relatively made to move the nozzle 4a to 4 along the groove 11, and a process in which the organic EL material from the nozzles 4a to 4c is poured into the groove 11 to be coated is equipped.
