PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground leakage breaker which will not cause troubles regarding contacting of the finger tip of an operator to a handle, when operating a test button, even though its width is smaller than that of one pole of an agreed type (specified by JIS). SOLUTION: In a ground leakage breaker, of which the width is less than that of one pole of specified type, a test button 14 of a ground leakage detective circuit is fitted on the on-side of a handle 13, so that contacting of the finger tip of an operator to a handle, when operating a test button, is prevented. Additionally, it is desirable that an electrical source terminal 11 be a plug-in type and that a mechanical member 17 be fixed under the handle 13 and a ground leakage detective base 19 be placed under the test button of an electrical source side and that an exhaustion hole 20 be formed on a housing, which extends from the mechanism member 17 to load side.
