PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a copper alloy high in the three characteristics of hardness, electric conductivity and thermal conductivity since, while heretofore, the ones high in electric conductivity and thermal conductivity have been low in hardness in all cases. SOLUTION: This copper alloy is obtained by adding, by weight, 1.0 to 1.2% nickel, 1.0 to 1.2% cobalt, 0.3 to 0.5% rhodium, 0.3 to 0.5% beryllium and 0.05 to 0.1% boron and iron to copper as the main component.
