PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily select processing of stored information or external information. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit 120 is provided with a function for processing the reproduced data (stored information) of a DVD 101 and a function for processing Internet information (external information) acquired through a modem 114. An operating key part 142 of a panel part 140 is provided with a DVD key 142a for selecting a DVD processing mode and an Internet key 142b for selecting an Internet processing mode. By pressing these keys 142a and 142b, a select signal can be supplied through a CPU interface 128 as a signal input part to a CPU 121 of the integrated circuit 120. The integrated circuit 120 becomes the DVD processing mode when pressing the DVD key 142a and becomes the Internet processing mode when pressing the Internet key 142b. Only by pressing the keys 142a and 142b, the user can easily select the processing mode in the integrated circuit 120.
