PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding hook hanger, with which a jacket of a suit, or the like, can be carried without touching the back or the arm of a human body, by pinching a part of the jacket of the suit, or the like, which is folded into two, to hang it from the part of a waist or a belt of trousers, or to pinch it on a flap of a bag. SOLUTION: U-shaped convex surfaces are provided on a part of this plate- shaped device 1 formed into U-shape for pinching the jacket of the suit partially to prevent the pinched jacket from slipping down, and a U-shaped device 2 is fixed to the device 1 by binding them, or the like, so as to hang the device 1 from the waist, or fix it to the flap of the bag by sliding it.
