PURPOSE: A thermal insert device for synthetic resin is provided to reduce the fault rate by controlling the temperature of a metal member when inserting the metal member into a synthetic resin workpiece. CONSTITUTION: A thermal insert device comprises a rotating shaft(31). A heating section(20) having a metal member rotating plate is positioned at a lower end of the rotating shaft(31). A beat section(50) is eccentrically positioned above the heating section(20). A rotation control section(40) is provided at an upper end of the rotating shaft(31) so as to stop the rotation of the rotating shaft(31) when the metal member reaches the insert position. The rotating shaft(31) is rotated by a rotating section(30). A workpiece supporter(9) is provided to place the workpiece thereon. A control section(10) is provided to control the whole system.
