PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document control system which generates a form for registration instructions, allows batch registration of documents, and has high operability. SOLUTION: In the document control system, a document server 10 acquires master data from the enterprise side, and generates the form for registration instructions on the basis of the master data to transmit them to a terminal 2. The documents, which have been read along with the form in the terminal 2, are received by a document server 10, and each document is identified by the document server 10 according to this description to be stored in a storage part 14.
