PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for mounting a second printed wiring board on a first printed wiring board without requiring an another part like a maintaining member. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure, at least the second wiring board 2 is mounted at right angles onto the first printed wiring board 1. A plurality of legs 2a projected from the second printed wiring board 2 are fitted to fitting holes 1a drilled in the first printed wiring board 1, and a circuit pattern 3a formed around the fitting hole 1a and a circuit pattern 4a formed around the leg 2a are soldered so that the second printed wiring board 2 is mounted on the first printed wiring board 1. Without a maintaining member as in the conventional case, the second printed wiring board 2 can be fixed to the first printed wiring board 1, so man-hours of assembling is reduced and the workability can be improved. In addition, separate parts are not required, so the number of part items can be reduced and the cost can be also reduced.
