PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input and output unit provided with a removable terminal strip to be pulled out of the unit main body without touching the terminal strip. SOLUTION: When a worker loosens a bolt 17 with a screwdriver, the bolt 17 moves in the direction for separating from a unit main body 3 with a terminal strip 5, and gives the propelling force for pulling out of the unit main body 3 to the terminal strip 5. When pulling the terminal strip 5 from the unit main body 3, the terminal strip 5 is horizontally moved by a pair of gears 19 engaged with each other and engaged with each gear train 21 of a pair of legs 19 of the terminal strip 5.
