PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting structure of a magnetic head which is capable of easily attaching and detaching the magnetic head having a function capable of following up the warpage, etc., of a magnetic card without using clamping members, such as screws. SOLUTION: The supporting structure for the magnetic head which oscillatably supports the magnetic head 21 has a stationary member 22 which is fixed to a stationary part, a moving member 24 which is turnably supported at this stationary member 22 and is energized to a home position and a pivot 32 which is projectingly disposed at the front and rear of the magnetic head 21. Grooves 25 and 27 for attachably and detachably supporting the pivot 32 are formed longitudinally on one side and transversely on the other in the parts where the stationary member 22 and the moving member 24 oppose each other.
