PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated heat-exchanger, in which a refrigerant can be uniformly distributed in each tube element. SOLUTION: An inlet-side refrigerant flow-path 21a communicating with refrigerant flow-paths in respective tube elements 2, an outlet-side refrigerant flow-path 21b, and an intermediate refrigerant flow-path 60a are provided in the lamination direction of a tube element 2. A refrigerant inlet for supplying the refrigerant to the flow-path 60a and an outlet for letting out the refrigerant from the flow-path 21b are provided on one side, and U-turn tank 71 is provided on the other side for supplying the refrigerant from the flow-path 60a to the flow-path 21a. At least one porous plate 110 is provided in the upstream end part in the flow path 21a for restriction of refrigerant passage.
