PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a sill without generating a trouble by filling up a clearance to be generated between the sill and a building foundation packing with the simple structure. SOLUTION: A building foundation packing 3 is interposed between the building foundation such as the concrete foundation and a sill to be fitted onto the foundation, and a clearance adjuster S of this invention to be inserted between the building foundation packing 3 and the sill is formed of a clearance adjuster piece 4 to be inserted into a top surface wall 3a among the top surface wall 3a and side surface walls 3b formed in a right and a left edges of the building foundation packing 3 and a positioning piece 5 extended downward into an L-shape in relation to the clearance adjuster piece 4 so as to abut on the side surface walls 3b.
