PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apartment house capable of effectively utilizing an indoor space.SOLUTION: A pair of dwelling units 2 and 3 formed as a bilaterally symmetrical room layout via a parting wall 6, are included in a plurality of dwelling units 2 and 3 in an apartment house 1, and the parting wall 6 comprises a straight line wall part 7 for partitioning the pair of dwelling units 2 and 3 in a straight line shape and a plan view substantially S-shaped irregular shape wall part 8 of continuing with the straight line wall part 7 and partitioning the pair of dwelling units 2 and 3 so as to meander, and the irregular shape wall part 8 comprises a first space 8a of opening toward one dwelling unit 2 among the pair of dwelling units 2 and 3 and a second space 8b of opening toward the other dwelling unit 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
