PURPOSE: Provided is a safety device in a composite noodle maker and kneader which senses users' hand at excessive entrance when inserting knead into the noodle maker to intermit the power of a motor so that it prevents accident in advance. CONSTITUTION: In the composite noodle maker and kneader which configures the noodle maker and the kneader entirely, the safety device in the composite noodle maker and kneader comprises the parts of: an operational lever(7) which is placed on an opening hole for inserting knead and moved by angle with an axis pin(8) as a starting point; and a sensing tool(6) which is elastically placed by a frame(4) and a spring(9) in the operational lever and connected to a switching ground point(11a) of an intermittent switch(11) to intermit the intermittent switch.
