PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iron core manufacturing method and a device, with which punching process and fixing process are markedly improved in workability. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic steel plate is formed into unit iron cores of a prescribed shape through punching, and the unit iron cores are laminated and bonded together through a process, that comprises a first step (1) of punching a prescribed shape out of a steel plate by the use of a punching die, a second step (2) of laminating the punched unit iron cores of a prescribed shape, a third step (3) of applying an adhesive agent on the surface or edge face of the steel plate (unit iron core); during or after the unit iron cores have been laminated, and a fourth step (4) of forming the laminated iron cores in one piece.
