PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component holding structure of a game machine which allows the easy installation and removal of constituent components of a game panel on and from a base board while securing the reliable holding of the components on the base board without ricketiness, and which can increase a manufacturing yield of the base board. SOLUTION: A gauge panel 12 which constitutes a pachinko machine is constituted of the base board 18 provided with an electrically operated accessary unit 48 or the like on the cell face 20, A hook 58 (engagement claw 60) provided on a rear face 56 of the electrically operated accessary unit 48 is inserted into an electrically operated accessary unit installation hole 24, and is engaged with a setting claw 38 of a setting board 32, with the rear face 56 being abutted against the cell face 20. Under this state, the setting claw 38 is elastically- deformed towards the base board 18 side, and so the electrically operated accessary unit 48 is reliabily held on the base board 18 due to the elastic force. The electrically operated accessary unit 48 can be easily mounted and demounted because no wood screw is used.
