PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skiing practice tool that can faithfully reproduce movements of a body during skiing by a current skiing technique on non-graded ground such as a rough slope or a thickly snowed slope and train the leg and foot muscle indispensable to fast skiing on non-graded ground. SOLUTION: Horizontal bars 2 are mounted to a sill 1 by a fulcrum that can vertically and horizontally rotate, movable steps 3 and elastic body supporting members 4 that are also moveable are arranged to the horizontal bars 2, and by connecting the elastic body supporting members 4 and the sill 1 via an elastic body, with which the weight of a user applied to the steps is balanced, the user can perform a quick vertical expansion and contraction exercise and a horizontal twist exercise of the legs.
