PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle type health apparatus having operation pedals capable of measuring the weight in the condition that a user sits on a saddle or stands on one foot at a part, to which the whole weight is applied, without using a separate weighing machine to instantaneously confirm the effect of the exercise such as a reduction of weight. SOLUTION: Single guide shaft 14 is fitted to a saddle 2 to support the saddle 2 freely to be slid in the vertical direction. A lower end 14a of the guide shaft 14 abuts on a weighing machine 16 arranged under the saddle 2 so that the weight applied to the saddle 2 works to the weighing machine 16. A weight display 3a for displaying a weight value obtained by subtracting a tare of parts related to the saddle from the weight measured by the weighting machine 16 is set on a display panel 3.
