PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic diagnostic equipment which can obtain an ultrasonogram of the whole circumference of the anal canal without failure by sticking closely to the whole circumference of the anal wall securely without changing the diameter size of the inserting part of the ultrasonic wave probe for an intestinum rectum. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic diagnostic equipment is provided with an ultrasonic wave probe 1 equipped with an ultrasonic transducer 20 at the tip of a long and narrow inserting part 10 that is inserted into a body cavity, and an inserting adapter 3 that has an inside space where is disposed the inserting part 10 of the ultrasonic wave probe 1, a membraneous elastic material 37 serving to fill the gap formed between the outer circumferential face of the ultrasonic wave probe 1 and the inside space, and at least one fluid route 34a which passes through the space filled with fluid and the outside.
