PURPOSE: A fall preventive apparatus of a belt conveyor is provided to prevent breakage of the belt conveyor and fall of raw ore, and to transfer raw ore efficiently by restricting twisting of the belt conveyor. CONSTITUTION: A fall preventive device of ore in a belt conveyor(3) is composed of a moving skirt part installed in an end of a lower frame of the belt conveyor, and a weight correcting parts installed between the moving skirt part and the frame. The moving skirt part has a shaft bar(20) mounted in the frame, a shaft rod installed in the upper part of the shaft bar, and a moving skirt(10) combined with the shaft rod. The moving skirt is contacted to the belt conveyor according to the position of a tripper car(1) and buoyancy difference of the belt conveyor in transporting raw ore to prevent torsion of the belt conveyor and fall of raw ore. Loss of raw material and breakage of the belt conveyor are prevented, and environmental pollution is reduced with preventing fall of raw ore.
