PURPOSE: A high voltage supply device of a pull-up drive part is provided to prevent a malfunction of a switching device by supplying stably a pull-up drive power. CONSTITUTION: A high voltage supply device is formed with a voltage rectifier portion(ZD10), the first voltage supply portion(102), and the second voltage supply portion(104). The first voltage supply portion(102) is formed with the first resistance(R10), the second resistance(R20), the first to the third transistors(Q20), the first capacitor(C10), the second capacitor(C20), the first diode(D10), and the second diode(D20). The voltage rectifier portion(ZD10) maintains constantly base voltage of the second and the third transistors(Q20,Q30). The second voltage supply portion(104) is formed with the third and the fourth diodes(D30,D40) and the third and the fourth capacitors(C30,C40).
