BRICK BUILDING METHOD DURING INTERCEPTING OF HOT AIR LEAK

PURPOSE: A brick building method is provided in which a circumference upper directional expansion between silica bricks and porous silica bricks is absorbed from the forwardly installed expansion zone by forwardly installing an expansion zone installed at the rear of an insulating board to the rear of the porous silica bricks. CONSTITUTION: In a connection pipe through which hot air between a regenerator and a combustion chamber is proceeded in a hot stove supplying hot air into a blast furnace, the brick building method is characterized in that fifth bricks(expansion zone)(25) installed at the rear of fourth bricks of insulating board(24) are forwardly installed to the rear of second bricks(22) so as to prevent damage of third bricks(insulating bricks)(23) and the fourth bricks of insulating board(24) due to expansion of the bricks by absorbing expansion of first bricks(silica bricks)(21) and the second bricks(porous silica)(22), thereby intercepting hot air of a high temperature at the third bricks(insulating bricks)(23).
