摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically controlling an induction heating furnace using a measuring system for degree of alloying is provided to improve accuracy of automatic controlling of degree of alloying by feedbacking degree of alloy to impress power to the induction heating furnace using the measuring system for degree of alloying at work site. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for automatically controlling an induction heating furnace using a measuring system for degree of Fe alloying comprises a computer(30) transmitting information on sizes and types of strips to an induction heating output controller(50); a PLC(programmable logic controller)(40) transmitting information to the induction heating output controller(50) by measuring a line speed, and a concentration and a plating amount of aluminum; a sequence controller(51) correcting a final induction heating output value by receiving information from the computer(30) and the PLC(programmable logic controller)(40); a feedback controller(52) to which a Fe degree of alloying is feedbacked to calculate an induction heating set value; an induction heating furnace(60) heating the strip by the induction heating output value of the induction heating output controller(50); a plating amount measuring instrument(70) measuring a plating amount of the strip passing through the induction heating furnace(60); and a measuring instrument for degree of Fe alloying(80) measuring a degree of alloying of the strip that is being operated, wherein the induction heating output controller(50) is consisted of the sequence controller(51) and the feedback controller(52).
