PURPOSE: A spare tire fixing apparatus of a vehicle by using a bevel gear is provided to install and separate a spare tire conveniently, and to improve convenience by modifying the rotational structure of a carrier mounted in the spare tire fixing apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A spare tire fixing device of a vehicle is composed of a carrier(200) formed in a cross member in the lower part of a vehicle body; a bevel gear box(100) formed in an end member of the vehicle body; a horizontal shaft(300) connecting an assembling part(210) of the carrier to a horizontal bevel gear(110); a rotating end(400) combined with a vertical bevel gear(120), and extended upward; and a rotating tool(500) combined with the rotating end to turn the rotating end. A spare tire(600) is formed in the lower part of the carrier, and the assembling part is formed in the middle of the carrier. The bevel gear box has the horizontal bevel gear and the vertical bevel gear. The spare tire is installed and separated conveniently with modifying the rotation structure of the carrier.
