PURPOSE: A network process module is provided to prevent a depression of a processing rate of a series of data caused by a circuit head blocking phenomenon in advance by embodying a structure for allocating many queues per one input port, making each data be classified according to it's object port and stored, and making a series of data transmitting processes be divided into many output ends with respect to one input end and progressed. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of queue blocks(410) comprises many queues, corresponds to each data flow being inputted from an exterior as one to one, and temporarily stores data loaded in the data flow in the queues. A queue control unit(400) forms a serial data transmission relation with a predetermined switching module(200) on condition that the queue blocks(410) are stored, classifies each data according to inherent characteristics, classifies and stores the data in the queues, and generally schedules an output or not of each data stored in each queue. The queue blocks(410) comprises a priority queue(412) and a class queue(411), respectively. A series of maximum capacity limit values is set in the class queue(411).
