OPEN WRENCH

PURPOSE: An open wrench is provided to easily fasten or release a bolt or a nut by allowing the open wrench to be easily returned to an initial position after fastening or releasing the bolt or the nut. CONSTITUTION: A fixing member(2) is integrally formed with a handle(10). A moving member(1) is installed above the fixing member(2) so as to rotate a head(11) of a bolt or a nut. An opened side of the moving member(1) has a felt section, and a locking slot(1') is formed at an inner portion of the moving member(1). A space(12) is formed at an inner portion of the locking slot(1'), in which a latch(3) is installed through a latch rotating shaft(4). A coil spring(6) is installed at the latch rotating shaft(4) so as to downwardly bias the latch rotating shaft(4). A locking protrusion(3') is formed at an inner portion of the latch(3). The locking protrusion(3') is coupled to a locking jaw(8) formed at an assembling slot(2') of the fixing member(2). A tension spring(7) is connected to a spring links(1a,2a).
