PURPOSE: A double-damping structure for driver of window lifting motor is provided to reduce the impact induced on a worm gear by operating a multi-damping function of a plurality of spring plates and a buffer disk. CONSTITUTION: A worm gear(400) is provided with saw teeth on an external surface for coupling a worm shaft, a plurality of fixing slits(406) on an inner side surface against a circular side wall(402), and has a disk groove provided with a first through hole(401) in which an output shaft(500) is inserted. A buffer disk is provided on the disk groove of the worm gear(400), and provided with a second through hole(201) on the center of axis and plural vertical slits(202) on the circumference. A plurality of spring pins(100,110) are coupled to the vertical slits(202) of the buffer disk and fixing slits(406) of the worm gear(400) in a way of force fit. A dog plate(300) is provided with drive fins(303) inserted into drive grooves(203) of the buffer disk, and a hole(301) for use in the shaft coupling on the center of axis.
