PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize non-directivity to an electric field and to miniaturize a unit even if plural electric field sensors each having high measurement performance, e.g. no influence of optical intensity fluctuation caused by disturbance of an optical source or the like, are unitized. SOLUTION: This electric field sensor unit has three electric field sensors 2. The electric field sensor 2 is formed with a diffusion type incident/emission light guide 4 receiving incident light and emitting emission light, changing a refractive index according to applied electric field intensity; a grating 5 for wavelength modulator processed in the incident/emission light guide 4, Bragg- diffracting the incident light; and pattern antennas 7, 7' having electrodes 6, 6' provided near the grating 5 for the wavelength modulator. The incident/ emission light guide 4, the grating 5 and the pattern antennas 7, 7' are formed on the same plane of a substrate 3 of the electric field sensor 2. In the electric field sensor unit, the respective electric field sensors 2A, 2B, 2C are respectively provided in three directions perpendicular to each other.
