APPARATUS FOR EXCHANGING RINGER ROLL FOR COATING SURFACE OF STEEL PLATE

PURPOSE: A ringer roll exchanging apparatus is provided to rapidly and simply exchange a ringer roll when coating chrome on a surface of a steel plate by fixing a bearing block while the ringer roll is being opened. CONSTITUTION: An upper bearing block(11) for supporting an upper ringer roll and a lift(12) for fixing the upper bearing block(11) are installed in a body(10). A pneumatic cylinder(13) is connected to both sides of the lift(12). A pneumatic cylinder is mounted on a central portion of an upper surface of the bearing block(11). A plurality of wheels(21) are slidably attached to a lower surface of a bearing block(20) for supporting the lower ringer roll. A fixing pin and a fixing hole for receiving the fixing pin are formed at a side of the bearing block(20). A working table(30) is installed at a lower portion of the lower ringer roll and a pneumatic cylinder(22) is installed at the lower surface of the lower bearing block(20).
