PURPOSE: A device for uniformly spraying coolant in high speed cold rolling is provided to prevent heat scratch and slip by installing a circulation type coolant spray pipe and organically installing an ejector part at a coolant pipe injection port and a pipe part. CONSTITUTION: In a device for spraying coolant to a coolant spray nozzle through a coolant pipe injection port in high speed cold rolling, the device for uniformly spraying coolant in high speed cold rolling comprises the coolant pipe injection port(10); a circulation type coolant spray pipe(11) connected to the coolant pipe injection port(10); an ejector part(20) consisting an upper ejector inserted into the coolant pipe injection port(10), and a lower ejector installed at a connection part formed at the central part of inlet and outlet pipes of the coolant spray pipe(11); and coolant spray nozzles(12) which are installed at the connection part formed at the lower part of the coolant spray pipe(11) with being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance.
