PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a disk with which the space saving manufacturing line of a sticking disk which can suppress a necessary area small can be constructed. SOLUTION: The apparatus 20 for manufacturing an optical disk is constituted by successively disposing the molding apparatus 30 of a disk substrate, the cooling system 40 of a molded disk substrate, a film forming apparatus 50 for forming a signal layer in a cooled disk substrate, and the sticking device of the disk substrate. In the molding apparatus, at least two disk mold cavities 35 and 35 are arranged in parallel in one apparatus, and the molding apparatus 30 is arranged in almost parallel with the film forming apparatus 50 and the sticking device 70 across the cooling system 40.
