PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the space of a hydraulic apparatus in an operation room for allowing a larger space for the other apparatus other than the hydraulic apparatus by providing a hydraulic pressure signal output device of a small dimension, and also to control from the outside an operation in the operation room. SOLUTION: A PPC valve 50, an EPC valve 60 and a shuttle valve 30 are integrally formed in one piece. A pressure-oil output part 15b of a reducing valve 14 in the PPC valve 50 and a pressure-oil input part 71b of a changeover valve 71 in a solenoid valve 70 are communicated with each other, and a pressure-oil output part 71c of the changeover valve 71 in the solenoid valve 70 and a pilot conduit line 19 are communicated with each other. An output and cutoff of pilot pressure oil are switched by controlling a current flowing to a solenoid coil 25 of the solenoid valve 70. The pressure-oil output part 15b of the reducing valve 14 in the PPC valve 50 and a pressure-oil input part 27b of a reducing valve 27 in the EPC valve 80 are communicated with each other, and a pressure-oil output part 27d of the reducing valve 27 in the EPC valve 80 and the pilot conduit line 19 are communicated with each other. Then, by controlling the current flowing to the solenoid coil 25 of the EPC valve 80, the pressure of the pilot pressure oil is controlled.
