PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a street gutter block provided along carriageway and facilitating flowing of water into the gutter block through a draining pavement, enabling flowing through the gutter regardless of gradient of a road surface. SOLUTION: In this gutter block having a substantially portal section, an upper beam part 1 is provided with a large opening 3, cover plates 4, 4 are mounted in the opening 3, one side of the upper beam part 1 is provided with a stepped part 5 for forming a space 19 up to a draining pavement 7 constructed to cover the top face, and an inflow hole 6 communicating with the inside of the gutter is formed in the end part of the stepped part 5.
