PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor excellent in durability, less liable to the deterioration of its sensitivity and the change of potential and giving a clear image even in repetitive use. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor obtained by disposing a photosensitive layer on an electrically conductive substrate directly or by way of an undercoat layer, the photosensitive layer contains a copolymer of a triarylaminoacrylate monomer of formula (1) or (2) and a divinyl compound of formula (3). In the formulae, X is a single bond, optionally substituted alkylene, optionally substituted cycloalkylene, optionally substituted alkylene ether, O, S or vinylene and Y is optionally substituted arylene, alkylene, optionally substituted alkylene ether or carbonyl alkylene ether.
