PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for simulating an effect of a launcher even in a short case such as when a time difference between launching and an explosion at a target ground point is 1 sec. or less. SOLUTION: The target ground point 10 replaced at a side oppositely to an edge 1 of a building 3 is set though at the same distance as a distance to the edge 1 of the building 3, and thereby an effect can be obtained even in a zone as a dead angle from a weapon's transporter. In order to simulate this weapon, for example, it is proposed to mount a unit 5 having a sensor and a transmitter at an obstacle in fighting between houses. When the weapon is fired, a simulating apparatus provided at the weapon transmits a launching signal for operating the transmitter to the sensor. In order to simulate to the actual effect of the weapon, the transmitter transmits an impact signal in an impact area 7 including the above-mentioned zone not seen from the weapon's shooter. This does not substantially delay as compared with the present state due to an independent operating system of a transceiver 5, but can simulate the effect of the weapon.
