PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transferring device and a transferring method of a vehicle in parking equipment capable of reducing a cost of the transferring device in the parking equipment, surely preventing the pollution on a parking floor and, at the same time, having the convenience for a user. SOLUTION: The transferring device of the vehicle includes a parking toilet 14 provided on the parking floor 12 and moving between the parking floor 12 and a vehicle mounting floor 11 and holding means 18 and 19 respectively supporting the lower sides of wheels 16 and 17 of the transferring objective vehicle 13 and capable of synchronously falling and rising with the vehicle mounting floor 11, the wheels 16 and 17 of the transferring objective vehicle 13 are supported by the holding means 18 and 19, and when the holding means 18 and 19 are raised, the transferring device 10 of the vehicle forming a moving space 59 capable of moving the parking toilet 14 between the holding means 18, 19 and the vehicle mounting floor 11 is used to make entering and going out the vehicle-parking lot.
