SUPPORT POST FOR DOUBLE FLOOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support post for a double floor capable of exhibiting vibration control property on a part which always receives only a small load without a heavy object installed on the double floor and capable of supporting the floor so as not to bend on a part which always receives a large load with a heavy object such as a wall or a shelf disposed on the floor. SOLUTION: This support post for the double floor is provided with a cylindrical support post 3 at a vibration control base 2 formed of an elastic body. The vibration control base 2 is provided with a through hole 4 vertically piercing from the lower opening of the cylindrical support post 3, and a hard auxiliary leg 5 held by the inside of the cylindrical support post 3, with the lower end stopped inside the through hole 4 is insert-fitted into the vibration control base 2. When the vibration control base 2 is installed on the upper face of a floor slab 1 and vertically shrunk by the load from the cylindrical support post 3, the lower end of the auxiliary leg 5 abuts on the upper face of the floor slab 1.
