PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating sash with a heat insulating sash frame, capable of preventing a gap in a joint part among an interior upper frame material, an interior lower frame material and an interior vertical frame material and having good assembling efficiency. SOLUTION: In the heat insulating sash frame in which a sash, a glass or the like is incorporated, an upper frame 1, a lower frame 10 and a vertical frame 20 have an exterior upper frame material 2, an exterior lower frame material 22 and an exterior vertical frame material 21 which are made of metal, and an interior upper frame material 3, an interior lower frame material 12 and an interior vertical frame material 22 which are made of resin. The longitudinal end faces of the exterior upper frame material 2 and the exterior lower frame material 11 are butted to the inner surface of the exterior vertical frame material 21 and connected by a small screw 29. The inner surface of the interior upper frame material and the inner surface of the interior lower frame material 12 are joined to the longitudinal end face of the interior vertical frame material 22 by pressing a pulling member 40. The heat insulating sash is thus constructed so that a gap is not produced in a joint part among the interior upper frame material 3, the interior lower frame material 12 and the interior vertical frame material 22, the time and trouble for connecting the interior upper frame material 3, the interior lower frame material 12 and the interior vertical frame material 22 by a small screw can be eliminated, and the efficiency of assembling the heat insulating sash frame can be heightened.
