PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom which does not need a large building lot, is protected from a peep by a person on an outdoor side, and allows a person therein to enjoy appreciation of plants and the like. SOLUTION: According to the bathroom, a see-through window 3 is formed in a side wall 12, and a bay window 4 having its lower side opened is arranged on an outdoor side of the see-through window 3. Then, a plate body 41 which is hard to see through is arranged on a front surface of the bay window 4 in a manner covering the see-through window 3, and a plant 8 is placed at a location between the plate body 41 hard to see through and the see-through window 3.
