PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water supplier in mixture of hot and cold temperature levels for executing hot water supply operation in response to purposes/ conditions by inputting and setting hot water temperature level and the amount of the supplied hot water on a faucet side and on a shower side from an operation section. SOLUTION: There are provided a first solenoid opening/closing valve 9 for releasing or interrupting warm water from a motor driven mixing valve 6, and a second solenoid opening/closing valve 10 for releasing or closing valve 10 for releasing or interrupting the warm water from the motor driven mixing valve 6 to the side of a shower nozzle 5. There is further provided a control section 11 for controlling opening/closing operations of the motor driven mixing valve 6, the first solenoid opening/closing valve 9, and the second solenoid opening/closing valve 10 based upon detected values by a temperature detector 7 and a flow rate detector 8 with the aid of input set information from the operation section 12.
