PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inductor that does not require any inserting step. SOLUTION: This inductor 19 has a plate 11 which is obtained by spirally punching a conductive metallic sheet, plate sections 16 and 17 which are formed by bending the plate 11 at a binding section 14 which is provided in the form of a straight line, and soldering sections 21 and 22 which are provided at both ends of the plate 11 so that the inductor 19 may be mounted on the surface of an object. The plate section 17 is bent upward at the bending section 14. Consequently, the inductor 19 does not require any inserting step.
