PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily demount a wire harness for fixing a ground terminal connected to its end to a car body, in disassembling an automobile. SOLUTION: Left and right both sides of an upper wall 12 of a housing 11 of this ground joint connector 10 for fixing the ground terminal 2 to the car body, are provided with slit channels 20 from the neighborhood of an insertion-side front end 17 of a wire harness-side connector 3 to the neighborhood of a rear end 18, the slit channels 20 are positioned oppositely to left and right both edges 3a, 3b of an upper wall of the wire harness terminal-side connector 3 fitted in the housing 11. When the wire harness W/H is pulled upward in disassembling the automobile, the left and right both edges 3a, 3b of the wire harness-side connector 3 break a narrow remaining part 21 from both ends of the slit channels 20 to front and rear both ends of the upper wall, whereby the wire harness-side connector 3 is separated.
