PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce consumption of coating liquid used for forming film on a CRT display surface and improve uniformity of film thickness. SOLUTION: Coating liquid 8 is supplied on the CRT display surface 5 and is squeegeed (11, 13, 15), and then, coating liquid 8 is spun off by high-speed rotation.
