PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly discharge remaining water in a branch pipe without providing gradient for the branch pipe. SOLUTION: A water supply header 2A connected with a water supply main pipe 3A and a hot water supply header 2B connected with a hot water supply main pipe 3B are disposed at a position lower than the upper surface of a dirt floor concrete D by a range between 70 mm and 500 mm. A water supply branch pipe 4A connected with the water supply header 2A and a hot water supply branch pipe 4B connected with the hot water supply header 2B are arranged to crawl on the dirt floor concrete D and connected to corresponding water facilities. Respective remaining water discharging mechanisms 6 for discharging water are connected to the water supply header 2A and the hot water supply header 2B at a level position equal to or lower than the disposing position of the water supply header 2A and the hot water supply header 2B.
