PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To soften a spring characteristic in a shearing direction of an elastic body part of a dynamic damper and ensure durability of the elastic body part without enlarging a shape. SOLUTION: The dynamic damper is provided with a lengthy plate-like base part 12; a mounting member 11 integrally having a pair of vertical plate parts 13 standingly provided perpendicular to the base and in opposed to each other at both ends in the longitudinal direction; an elastic body part 16 extending between the opposed surfaces of a pair of vertical plat parts 13 in parallel to the base part, left from the base part and fixed to the vertical plate part at both ends; and a pair of lengthy mass members 21 disposed along the longitudinal direction at both flat surface sides of the elastic body part. The mass members comprise clamping parts 22 on a midway in the longitudinal direction closely contacted with the flat surface; and curved parts 24 bent to the opposite direction revative to the flat surface at both ends in the longitudinal direction and left from the flat surface. The mass members are tightened and fixed to the elastic body part by a metal pin 25 in the state that the elastic body part is compressed by a pair of clamping parts.
